GetTOD is a service to find credible plumbers, electricians, locksmiths and other suppliers on demand. Suppliers are vetted before signing up to the service and can be selected based on distance and rating. Users can track requested suppliers to their door. Quotes, approval of a quote and payment are all managed through the app. I worked on a range of touchpoints for the service with an app for suppliers, and app for clients at its heart. Other deliverables included administration dashboards for the GetTOD team, the supplier application form, invoicing and communication emails and more.

On the left, suppliers create quotes by adding number of hours based on a fixed hourly rate and materials with a price per unit as well as a description of the task to be completed. On the right, users recieve quotes and can choose to accept or reject the quote, with the option to feedback on why the quote was rejected.
