SKYYWAY offers 24/7 access to exclusive rewards, exclusive content and VIP passes into game-changing fashion, food, travel, dance and music events. SKYYWAY has a mobile app at it's core to deliver content, rewards, manage event invites and RSVP's and more. Brand Ambassadors on the ground, armed with an app of their own, help drive the programme, manage their daily duties and develop personal relationships with consumers in their locations. This work is early stage roll out for both consumer and brand ambassador apps and due to the sensitive nature of some of the work, only a small portion is shown.

Members will see a variety of events from weekly club events to exclusive, private experiences that are invite only. RSVP's, reminders, attendance are all managed on the app.

Basic profiling was used to pre-segment users, and consumers were encouraged to link multiple social profiles that would allow much deeper segmentation and rewards based on relationship with the brand and type of content engaged with across multiple social properties. This was one of the fundamental pieces that underpinned the CRM strategy.

The brand ambassador app serves as both a management tool to assist in the dailies for their job and a tool to manage relationships with consumers they bring into the world of SKYYWAY. Brand ambassadors can invite selected individuals to exclusive events.

Brand ambassadors can invite selected individuals to exclusive events and manage various aspects of the event before, and on the night of the event itself.

Part of the brand ambassador's duties was to recruit users into the SKYYway program. Consumers were recruited by collecting their mobile number on site and based on the impression of the individual, the user could be immediately moved into the first tier.

Brand ambassadors were required to check in to trade locations and events in order to recruit consumers or venues. Data collected about venues and locations were also fed into the business intelligence platform that could then be used to streamline and increase SKYY Vodka's distribution.

Brand ambassadors were the official point of contact of the brand for recruited users and a connection between them was made in each of their apps.
